The Blake is a great spot to land here in Charlotte. I toured several apartments across the city, and this was hands down the best option - luxury apartments and amenities, and great management. I love living at The Blake!

Only been here for about two weeks, but so far it’s been a lovely experience! The leasing agents are amazing and the response to maintenance orders is super quick! It’s a refreshing vibe that really matches well with young adults. Would definitely recommend to anyone :)

Love this community and the efforts they make to ensure all residents enjoy their residency here!
Only con I would say is my one time in the office the leasing team was busy which I totally understand, I was waiting to be helped and the PM just sat there and saw me wait for least 20 mins and never spoke or said anything to me when I just had a simple question. But as soon as someone she knew walked in she welcomes them back and just started talking while I still had not been addressed. Which... she could have been doing something who knows but the perception did not come off to me as if she cared to assist me.
