I like that it’s mostly noise free environment and play areas are well equipped. Facilities like gym and swimming pool is much appreciated!
Provides good maintenance to the neighbourhood and the social events are appreciative opportunities.

I have been living at The Arboretum Apartments for a while now, and I have to say it's a very nice community! The amenities are great, and the staff is friendly and responsive. I recently received an offer to renew my lease with some awesome perks like professional carpet cleaning and a painted accent wall - it's great to see them going the extra mile to make residents feel welcome and valued. The location is also super convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, I'm really... happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home!

Other than being too costly I think this apartment community is good. Neat, clean area and lots of extras. The staff are nice and very helpful. I would recommend it to everyone looking at apartments. Its certainly NOT the most expensive in the area!

The Arboretum provides unique flooring plan with spacious ceiling space in the upstairs units with plenty of lighting. Conveniently located next to Aborertem Shopping and CATS metro stops.
