Love it here!! We have lived here for 7 months now and it's been amazing!! We have had no complaints whatsoever. We love our place, the amenities, the community feel, and the staff! The office ladies are so sweet and the maintenance guys are all so prompt and helpful. The events have been a fun added bonus as well. And the gym is great! I was able to cancel my gym membership and just do my workouts here. We would recommend Stillwater to anyone, it's been a perfect place for us :-)

Poor communication via email I keep trying to email the office regarding my rental insurance. No one ever responds to my emails.

I’ve had a great experience at Stillwater Apartments. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and you can tell management truly cares about the property and the residents. The landscaping is always clean, amenities are in good condition, and maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally.
The office team is responsive, respectful, and solution-oriented. They communicate clearly and follow up, which makes a big difference in apartment living. The community events are a nice... touch and help create a welcoming atmosphere.
Overall, if you’re looking for a property that balances value, service, and a comfortable environment, Stillwater is definitely worth considering.
