Move In My first day experience was wonderful, I have nothing complaints to say regarding my family move in. The manager Sebastian was nothing but helpful for the entire experience from the tour to move in.

Not At All Luxury Living The apartments themselves are beautiful with great layouts, nice flooring, and comfortable carpeting in the bedrooms. The location is also convenient, with easy access to Uptown, shopping, and restaurants.

Unfortunately, the “luxury” label feels misleading. The walls are extremely thin, and it’s common to hear neighbors talking, TVs, music, doors opening and closing, bathroom noise, and even car doors slamming outside. The amenities are also inconsistent. Much of the... fitness equipment is frequently out of service, the locker rooms often lack basic supplies like toilet paper, and the pool seems to be closed almost as often as it’s open. The dog park is often not well maintained, and office closures can happen with little notice.

The staff and maintenance team are generally friendly and pleasant, but maintenance requests can be hit or miss. Overall, it’s not the worst place to live, but I would describe it as a standard apartment community rather than luxury living. Read More

I’ve had a great experience at Forester Apartments. The community is quiet, clean, and well-kept. Claudia is truly fantastic. She's both helpful and always welcoming. She makes living here a positive experience!

Stay away from this place I been harassed creepy neighbor and maintenance guy and the staff don’t care at all

The location is great, but the apartments need updating and is far from luxury. The also aren't very accessible the office, after hours, and emergency maintenance number is all the same and doesn't work at all.

And there is a $33 service fee to make a rent payment online and they don't accept any other method of payment. So they are forcing you to pay an extra $33 every time you pay rent.
