Stay away from this place I been harassed creepy neighbor and maintenance guy and the staff don’t care at all

The location is great, but the apartments need updating and is far from luxury. The also aren't very accessible the office, after hours, and emergency maintenance number is all the same and doesn't work at all.
And there is a $33 service fee to make a rent payment online and they don't accept any other method of payment. So they are forcing you to pay an extra $33 every time you pay rent.

If you're looking for a place that close to everything, Colonial Village, Timber Crest is a must see. The staff for the most part are helpful and very responsive to maintenance request. It's a great community where you get to know your neighbors.
The pool and other amenities are at time not accessible for resident use, which can be inconvenient to say the least.
