The Prose at McCullough station is a great place to stay. I’ve been here almost a year and my experience has been amazing. The staff is phenomenal very knowledgeable, professional and helpful people. They definitely make sure you are always safe they reachable and keep you updated about everything through the resident services portal. They have events so the neighbors can interact with each other and have fun. They keep the place clean and make sure anything that is broken or damaged gets fixed... in a timely manner. I have had nothing but good experiences with these apartments. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience.

I am having an issue with roaches in my apartment, and the management team has been less than helpful. For one thing, they are denying that the issue even exists, which confirms that the level of respect and accountability are not there.

The community is consistently clean and well-kept, from the shared spaces to the grounds, which makes it feel comfortable and welcoming every time you come home.
Maintenance has also been very dependable. Requests are handled promptly, and there’s a clear sense that concerns are taken seriously and resolved efficiently. That responsiveness adds a lot of peace of mind.
The location is another major highlight. It’s conveniently situated with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roadways,... which makes getting around simple whether it’s for work or everyday errands. Altogether, it creates a living experience that feels both practical and enjoyable.

The Prose at McCullough overall my experience so far has been very positive for me. The Prose staff very respectful always there great with communication about the community and what is happening around here. They are helpful knowledgeable and supportive. I feel safe staying here. If anything breaks or not working properly they promptly fix it in a timely manner. I have recommended this community in social media also friends and family. Best place to live in and feel comfortable.
