Overall, it’s been a good place to live and I’m generally happy with the apartment and community. The main downside has been parking. There seem to be a lot of reserved spots compared to general parking, so it can be surprisingly difficult to find a place to park—especially during peak hours or in the evenings. I’ve had a few nights where I’ve had to circle longer than expected or park farther away than I should need to.

Building is nice, parking isn’t the best. Noise on the left side of the building can be an issue on the weekends with the bar next door. Never an issue with anything located in the apartment, great features

This is a great spot. The location is hard to beat. The property is well maintained and mgmt is friendly. Parking can be a little tight if you don’t reserve a spot

Great apartment. Fabulous staff, good amenities, and amazing location. I have enjoyed my time here and plan to stay a while. I definitely recommend the Penrose!

The best place I could have picked! Management is so communicative and maintenance takes such good care of the complex and resident requests, plus such a good walking location to so many fun things!
