Everyone is very friendly and front office is super helpful! My move in process was so smooth and have really enjoyed all the amenities like the pool!

I love it such a great atmosphere and location to great food spots as well as any services you need. Staff is friendly and there are many great activities to help meet other people !

It’s been great living here for the past few days. My main complaint is just that I wasn’t told about reserved spots in the lot (that I pay to park in) and assumed they were for those paying, and someone booted my car. But the amenities and everything are great.

There are great units and amenities! We’ve really enjoyed our time at the Penrose and it feels like home. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
