I'm good living in this community, it's been pleasant and relaxing here.

I’ve lived at Novel for the past 3 years and it’s been great, I’ve never had any issues while living in this community. The units are well built and thoughtfully laid out, the community is beautiful, and the leasing agents are very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is very prompt and professional as well and that was one of the factors that promoted me to renew my lease. Definitely one of if not the best places to live in Charlotte.

I’ve made many reviews bragging about my complex, but I do it for a good reason! I’ve lived here since they began taking tenants. Literally I signed my lease before my unit was even done being built. The pool wasn’t even completed yet! So I’m an OG.

We all know how difficult it is to find a complex that meets our needs, and since I’ve found one I refuse to gate keep! I have friends who live in the expensive, fancy, South End apartments and even they wish their complexes were as great as this... one.

This is going to get long so buckle up buttercup.

For anyone who needs/prefers a place that is safe, it’s here. There’s an incredible security system for every building plus we have a security team that monitors the grounds every single night from 6pm-9am. All our doors and amenities require either a fob or the security app.

And speaking of every single night, we get valet trash pick up everyday! So no more stinky bags in our units until it’s “trash day”. There’s also storage units, garages, and even some parking spaces available for really good prices (especially considering how expensive things are nowadays).

The amenities here are *chefs kiss*. Our pool is beautiful and is open year round which is incredible for those hot NC days outside of “pool season”. Plus that also means you’re not paying for an amenity year round that’s only opened for only 4 months a year. We have a 2 story gym with the best equipment, and best part, is ALWAYS clean. One of my fav spots is the upstairs balcony in the clubhouse where you can sit on couches or hammock chairs and enjoy the weather looking out onto the lake. And we have an incredible community event coordinator named Christina who puts on the most fun, interesting, diverse, and inspiring events for the residents to take part of. Again, brag worthy!

The aesthetic of the property is also unique. It doesn’t feel like your average, typical complex. It looks and feels luxury. First of all it’s literally always so clean here which as a neat freak, I truly appreciate. But there’s unique architecture and design throughout the whole complex that is beautiful and I love showing it off to my friends. Even the layouts of each floor plan is aesthetically pleasing and cozy.
