Since Greystar assumed responsibility for Mason Apartments there has been a 100% turnaround. Improvements are easily evident and the resident activities that have been conducted by them in the past few months have been great!

The sheer incompetence of the current management team is laughable. It’s really alarming hazardous really. Management has a legal obligation to maintain common areas in a safe condition. The management team has been made aware of several concerns and issues that I have bought forth yet and still I’m witnessing everyday failure to act on a known hazard and it constitutes a serious lapse in safety protocol I have email communication pictures. I mean, I feel completely unprotected unsafe here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
I moved into this building in August 2024, shortly after it opened, and I’ve had ongoing problems since day one. Some of the issues I’ve experienced include:
• A leaking kitchen sink that required maintenance to cut a hole in the floor, which has never been sealed back up. • Mold growing in my closet wall and ceiling. • Multiple repairs needed.
The worst part is the management’s lack of response. I’ve emailed multiple times with no reply. Mold is a serious health hazard, and ignoring... tenants’ concerns is unacceptable. For the price we pay, no one should have to live like this.

A great place to live
Mason is a really amazing apartment. Everything is so clean and well maintained. Amenities are just amazing. The best management team ever worked with. Call out to the management team : Brandon, Jolie and Andrew who are amazing at their work. Absolutely love living here
