I lived in North Carolina for a year now and decided I wanted to move to South End to be closer to the city. There are a lot of apartments in south end but this one really stood out. It felt like a great community. The leasing agents specifically Sydney because she gave me my tour were amazing. Sydney spent 2 hours more with me to help me find the perfect apartment for me because I wasn’t satisfied with the first one I toured. She literally didn’t eat her lunch until she knew I was signing. The... staff goes above and beyond for you. I am very excited to move on not just for the staff and community but the apartment is in a great location and kept up very well. Regardless if you are looking at other places I would recommend looking at the Maddox in person because it may persuade you to sign with them.

The leasing managers were very helpful and they answered all my questions. One of the best communities in south end. It has been kept pretty well. Very well maintained.

Kaitlyn was great in helping me move in a new apartment while not physically being at the property. I toured this property last year and on a whim decided to check the rates since my plans changed and I would need to reside in NC for another year. Everything was quick and easy. The ladies are also kind and match my sense of humor! I am just moving in so this is my experience so far. I'm sure it will stay the same.
