Perfect for young people right out of college looking at moving to South End. The rail trail is close by so this aparment is in the best location for running and getting around Charlotte.

Best community ever! Everyone is incredible from the staff to the neighbors. By far the best community in Charlotte. Very walkable neighborhood as well which is amazing!

Been here for a little over a month, no issues! Great location, clean, free coffee. Far enough away from the main bulk of traffic, but still close enough to all the good spots. Better for a more low-key person who only likes to go out occasionally.

Love Maddox!! They take such good care of their residents. Maintenance staff is amazing which is hard to find! I appreciate how they know myself and my dog by name and get so excited to see her when we go on our daily walk. Would recommend to anyone to live here!
