I’ve lived here for several years and used to enjoy the community, but things have drastically changed. Recently, new neighbors moved in upstairs with a large dog that frequently runs, barks at all hours, and causes loud banging sounds—sometimes as early as 4:45 AM. Despite wearing earplugs, the noise is so disruptive that I’ve been woken up multiple times a week, and my sleep and health have suffered significantly.
I reported the noise to the leasing office multiple times and followed all... suggested steps, including keeping a detailed log and contacting patrol services. Unfortunately, management has done very little beyond “reminding” the residents, and the issue persists. I feel like my quality of life has been completely disregarded.
It’s deeply disappointing that a place I once called home has become unlivable due to poor accountability and lack of enforcement of basic noise and pet behavior rules. If you're looking for a quiet, respectful living environment, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Lovely place
We’re living in MAA Ballantyne 3 months and I like everything and everyone. Our apartment very cozy, with great view, super culm. People, who work there very helpful and nice. I can recommend everyone live here.

Very bad management
This place is not fit for family with young kids as you cannot take them in to the play area as there will always be some big boys playing soccer and its not safe. The management is not helpful and does not understand the risk or safety of young kids.

Unsafe for Covid and otherwise
I live on top floor and people are squatting in attic above me and management will not do anything about it - the squatters come in after midnight and keep me up all night and get especially loud when i unplug wifi - Maintenance gets vindictive when you don’t give them glowing reviews so they can get their month end $250 bonus Have never seen an apartment complex as brazenly dishonest and hateful as this one - they send blanket emails about wearing covid masks yet i never see anyone in the... complex with a covid mask on If you move in, don’t do a review too early - don’t do a review until you have lived here 3 months

I love my... (Verified Renter)
I love my apartment and the location. However, after three years I find with the increase in rent every year it is getting financially challenging to live here. It would break my heart to have to leave.
