Great location, however I recommend staying far away from this property. The negative reviews you find online are all true. These dated, dirty apartments are filled with mold, cockroaches, and non-functioning appliances. I do not recommend taking your chances here. If you value health and well-being, do not consider this property.

The apartment is big and reasonable for the monthly fee. It's quiet and beautiful in this gated community so me and my family feels safe. The leasing agents are helpful and patient. They addressed my concerns well. *2 thumbs up*

Very nice community!
Everyone at the office is always nice and helpful! They always fix things immediately for me. All the people that live here are wonderful including those on the staff. I think the landscaping and general apartment complex is beautiful!

THIN FLOORS-EXTREMELY LOUD
The floors POUND and SQUEAK loudly. It sounds like an overly exaggerated horror film ALLLLL DAY. The floors above EVERY resident are extremely loud. The apartment shakes. It is unbearable. The flooring was clearly poorly constructed. It’s a beautiful property with large floor plans, but I would never live here unless I were on the 3rd floor and had no one above me. So…hard pass on a lease renewal. This is an issue that has not been addressed yet everyone complains. It’s miserable.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!
[[1.]] THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU. They overcharged me for utilities that I was already paying through Duke and Piedmont Natural Gas. [[2.]] THEY DON'T FIX ANY OF THEIR AMENITIES. The gym was broken for MONTHS following a "hurricane" which was really just rain. The tennis courts are complete crap. There are several spots that have warped and bent so you can't play a fair game. Also there is constantly dog poop in the tennis courts because residents use it as a dog park. [[3.]] YOU CANT HAVE GUESTS... OVER. If you invite guests over an there are no "guest" parking spots, they will be towed. Their solution is to park off site at something like the Harris Teeter down the street. I have had 2 guests cars towed in the past week and I'm out $375 dollars just for trying to have friends over. [[4.]] PEOPLE WILL STEAL YOUR PACKAGES. They leave the place to receive your packages WIDE OPEN so anyone can walk in and take whatever they want. There is no system for signing in or out. I've lost packages. [[5.]] APARTMENTS ARE DATED AND THEY DON'T SHOW YOU THAT. When I toured with my husband, they showed us their nice updated models and we ended up getting an extremely dated one. [[6.]] THEY DO NOT RESOLVE ISSUES - OR KEEP THEIR WORD. They were days late in getting us our keys and our washer and dryer. Finally, when I went into the office to talk to the property manager, Tiffany, I was crying about a parking issue and the only solution she offered me was to sign my move out papers. She just tried to get rid of me instead of trying to work out a solution. I've NEVER experienced such POOR customer service in my life.
