The noise level has increased, the trash cans left in hallways by residents on non trash days is terrible...there are a tremendous amount of flies soon as you get off elevators from trash being left. The maintenance staff is great the office staff is ok depending on the mood the assistant manger is in. Amenities are good, and the parking is getting better

The apartments are beautiful. The carpet floor in the hallway is very nice! I like the set up of the apartment itself! I also like all the amenities such as the pool, grill, workout room, washer and dryer and everything else we were looking for.

I enjoy the convivence, right by the highway and nice little shops nearby. The staff members in the front office are amazing; I truly don't have any complaints about the front office staffing. Even, the maintenance crew is so down to earth.

Just be mindful that there a high school across the street and they come on to the property, it's not as much however they do.
