Extremely Disappointed – Especially During a Medical Crisis

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience given the serious nature of what I’m going through. I am currently 9 months pregnant and have been living without central air conditioning for nearly a month. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through internal channels, management has yet to provide a meaningful or timely solution.

The temperatures inside my unit have repeatedly hit over 90 degrees, making it not only uncomfortable but medically unsafe. The...
property management provided me with a single portable A/C unit, which is entirely inadequate to cool the space. In addition to being ineffective, the unit is also causing power surges and electrical issues, which is extremely concerning.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I am responsible for the electricity bill, and I now have serious concerns about how this situation will impact my utility costs. I'm paying for a solution that doesn't work, and the lack of proper air conditioning is starting to take a toll on my health due to the added stress and heat exposure.

This situation has gone far beyond an inconvenience—it's become a serious safety concern, especially during a high-risk stage of pregnancy. The lack of urgency and empathy from the management is incredibly disappointing.

If you’re considering living here, please keep this experience in mind, especially if you have children, medical conditions, or are expecting. Comfort and livability are one thing, but basic human safety and responsive management should be non-negotiable.

Previously stayed here for 2 years and it was the WORST experience! My car was stolen. Leasing office doesn't care for your safety. Community is dirty. Amenities not great. Appliances in the unit are basic. Thin walls. Too much traffic in the area. A lot of power outages. Only thing good abt these apartments is the space. If youre looking for more luxury and better yet, a safe environment, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!
