This place is poorly ran. Dinetra doesn’t care how she runs the property. Nothing works everything is old. The fire alarm constantly go off at all times of the night.

Dinetra the property manger is horrible the building is old and outdated. There are no amenities. I don’t even have a ice maker in my unit and it’s supposed to be an upgraded unit

Danielle & Antronista are two of the best women to work with! My experience was unexpectedly remarkable. The apartments are beautiful, spacious & quiet. The view is amazing. Both ladies made my application process smooth. Made me feel like family you can't get that just anywhere. if looking at ten 05 as your home look no further. you won't regret it!

The management staff is horrible and do not take ownership for their mistakes.. The building upkeep is horrible the hallways carpet needs to be ripped out, the odor, ceiling damage, and trash just to name a few.. No way to buzz your guess in the building, dog crap every where, and the building fire alarm goes off all the time... They always ask for concerns and feedback but nothing ever changes. The corporate office is no help either so, don’t call them!!! The only good thing about this place is... the location..
