The on-site manager is absolutely unaccommodating, rude, and disrespectful. The Corporate side (IRT) is just as horrible. I have had multiple questions and concerns that I need answered by someone on the corporate side and I was ignored and disregarded on both occasions. I will NOT be resigning with another IRT owned building.

Management is horrible
Let me be clear, there are nice and helpful players on the management team, but the community manager is rude and not helpful whatsoever. Any sort of noise complaint or request for help is ignored and pushed back on. If you want anything solved, ask for Jeremy.
Aside from this, I can echo the bad reviews below. The gates are always broken and there are no cameras in the parking lot. Multiple cars have been broken into and when they are reported the complex says “there’s nothing they can do... .” The late-night security is equivalent to a 75 year-old mall cop and seems to be around only 20% of the time. For the amount of money paid by residents, there should be 24/7 camera surveillance to keep the residents safe at all times.
When packages are too large to fit in the lockers they are simply left out in the open by the mailboxes which has caused a lot of items to go missing.

Over Priced and poorly managed
Just giving my honest opinion. The community spends a lot of money on landscaping and social events to try and persuade you into a luxurious gimmick. Apartments are stained and dirty from previous tenants and The carpet hallway and elevators are always filthy. There’s always a lack of parking and their security team is a joke. Maintenance doesn’t do anything as far as replacing your air filters every three months or fixing anything in the building that is constantly broken unless the tenants put... in a service request. For the money they’re trying to get, with all the competition in the area I would stay clear of this place. It is sad because a lot of these places could be really nice but management fails to do a great job and making sure the tenants are happy with how much they’re paying for rent and the value that they’re getting.

Car Towing
I woke up this morning and realized my car went missing (found out it got towed); Even though the car definitely has a sticker. So I had to waste half of my day (Time off work) trying to figure it out, and also have to pay to tow fee. What's going on Fountain? This is our 2nd year lease as well... I don't do I want to live in an apt that "accidentally" tows your car

Awful
The management at his apartment is terrible. They are incredibly rude and unprofessionally. Parking is a disaster here. The gates are always broken so virtually anyone can get in. They don’t monitor the parking so the lot is always ful because people park there without a pass. Management has no problem towing people with a pass. Just awful. No respect or sense of community.
