I have never been very disappointed in an apartment, I left for a trip and came back to my car destroyed and tampered with and mangled. Someone tried to break into my car. Also, So far I’ve experienced unknown leakage in my bathroom and the issue couldn’t be identified because it needs a professional technician to oversee it. Management doesn’t make any sense anymore

Lived here for 2 years and management changed every 6 months and rent increase every year. Car break in are common on the other... side, eventually that lead to cyan mallard creek getting that same thing. I’ve had a really solid experience at Cyan Mallard Creek so far. It’s in a super convenient spot near Concord Mills and I-85, which makes getting around Charlotte easy without constantly dealing with heavy traffic. The floorplans are one of my favorite parts; they’re more spacious than a lot of other places I toured, and the layouts just make sense with good storage, open kitchen and living areas, and plenty of natural light. The community itself is well-kept, and maintenance requests have been... handled quickly in my experience. What really stands out compared to other places I’ve lived at is the new on-site team. They’re approachable, responsive, and don’t give you the runaround when you need something. My stay at Cyan has been great! From the very beginning, the process was smooth and stress-free. Azariya from the front office made everything easy and was incredibly helpful throughout. The entire front office staff has been excellent, always friendly, professional, and quick to assist. Maintenance is also amazing and stays on top of everything, which really makes a difference. I would highly recommend Cyan to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

Trash isn't always picked up as scheduled and you're forced to pay for the service. Then, when the trash is finally picked up, they leave a trail of trash behind on the steps, breezeways and in in the streets. Vehicles are constantly broken into frequently. Management is not the greatest. Constant attitude. I wish i had chosen a better complex. This complex is a major disappointment.
