I’ve had a really solid experience at Cyan Mallard Creek so far. It’s in a super convenient spot near Concord Mills and I-85, which makes getting around Charlotte easy without constantly dealing with heavy traffic. The floorplans are one of my favorite parts; they’re more spacious than a lot of other places I toured, and the layouts just make sense with good storage, open kitchen and living areas, and plenty of natural light. They’re approachable, responsive, and don’t give you the runaround when you need something. My stay at Cyan has been great! From the very beginning, the process was smooth and stress-free. Azariya from the front office made everything easy and was incredibly helpful throughout. The entire front office staff has been excellent, always friendly, professional, and quick to assist. Maintenance is also amazing and stays on top of everything, which really makes a difference. I would highly recommend Cyan to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

Trash isn't always picked up as scheduled and you're forced to pay for the service. Then, when the trash is finally picked up, they leave a trail of trash behind on the steps, breezeways and in in the streets. Vehicles are constantly broken into frequently. Management is not the greatest. Constant attitude. I wish i had chosen a better complex. This complex is a major disappointment.

If I could leave 0 stars I would this place is horrible they tow ur car unlawfully. Vehicles get broken into. Management is disrespectful and rude. Nichole verbally told me they could “careless about me being a disabled veteran that anit got nun to do with her” after they unlawfully towed my vehicle, worst place to live go take your hard earned money somewhere else. Hate it here can’t wait to leave.
