The staff at Element Ballantyne goes the extra mile to take care of resident needs. The maintenance staff is responsive and handles repairs in a timely manner.

It has been a good experience living in the Element Ballantyne apartments. One of my constant complaint is about the upstairs noise from my neighbor. Bin addition, sometimes the valet trash doesn't get pick up.

We apologize for the frustrations you've experienced with noise from your upstairs neighbor and... the occasional missed valet trash pickup. We understand how both can impact your day-to-day comfort. While some level of noise is expected in apartment living, we take resident concerns seriously and are always happy to work with our residents to address excessive noise whenever possible. We also continue to work closely with our valet trash provider to improve consistency and appreciate you bringing those missed pickups to our attention.
