This community is conveniently located in the South End of Charlotte and has access to both the CATS Lightrail and bus transit services. The community offer great amenities and overnight security. There is plenty of parking for residents and guests. The communication between the leasing staff and prospective tenants could be better and there could be a better system for ensuring apartments are clean and ready for the next tenant.

Bradham is the best apartment complex! Great location right next to the light rail stop. The leasing office staff are friendly and helpful. And the amenities such as the gym, pool, and dog bath are fantastic.
