Great place

The property is very nice and well maintained. The apartments are nice and clean. The manager and maintenance are friendly people.

Hidden Gem

Birch Townhomes has truly transformed over the last few years! The new office is top-notch—professional, welcoming, and really makes a difference in the overall resident experience. Management is responsive and helpful, and it feels like they genuinely care about the community.

The property itself has improved so much. The neighborhood has become calmer and safer, and you can really see the effort being put in to keep things well-maintained.

Overall, Birch Townhomes isn’t just a place to... live—it feels like a community. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend it!
