They never answer the phones. When it comes to the money the residents pay they’re going to answer it quickly. Maintenance is slow and no one is ever in the office. I just moved here I’m ready to move out. Not satisfied at all

Avant at Steele Creek is a wonderful place to be. Management are excellent when it comes to assisting tenants and it is a clean, family oriented complex. A lot of shopping areas around too.

Avant at Steele Creek is an excellent place to stay. It’s a very clean place. Leasing staff are wonderful people who help you when you need the help and this is just a great place to be with it being in proximity to all kind of stores to shop at and the mall being down the street. I’ve been here 8 years and I have enjoyed every moment of it.
