My experience living here at Avant has been great ??. Quiet friendly neighbors convenient to shopping at many different stores many restaurants Medical facilities convenient to Amusement Park, Lake, Parks, Airport. We have nice amenities great looking apartment. Most of all nice friendly Staff that's always willing to answer any questions or tend to any and all maintenance orders. You'll love calling Avant home like I do ????

The only thing avant at steelecreek has more of than a lack of manners is a lack of manners I can't wait to move they have ruined my home renting experience and I will be sure to tell all of my friends and family about it heck im bald and i will go to the local barbershop just to get my head waxed so I can tell complete strangers about how they took my money and didn't provide the service I paid that money for. I'd give it 0 out of 5 stars if I could
