I like my apartment, but unfortunately the renter below me plays their music so loud at all times of day that it vibrates into my apartment. I have complained to building management and they do nothing about it. The smell of pot on and loud music on the 7th floor has driven a few people out already. If you live above or below this person it's just as bad. Stay away from the 6th, 7th and 8th floors.

Love Living Here!
I love living at Hawk! Everything is spectacular. From the concrete structure to the interior finishings, to the floor-to-ceiling windows, living here is living in luxury! Nicest apartment in Charlotte, no doubt. And the bathroom layouts with the soaking tubs are incredible. Would highly recommend living here and the management team is just as incredible!

NOT WORTH IT
Aesthetically, the apartment is beautiful but once you step in you realize the quality of work is POOR. Floors are uneven throughout the entire apartment, door handles falling off, not enough hot water to fill the tub. Within 2 months of living here, we had to go without heat because there were HVACC issues. Now that it is summer, we are having A/C issues. Got stuck in an elevator and the fire department had to come get us out.
The price does not match the quality, management could care less... and aren’t accommodating. Do yourself a favor. Don’t move in. You’ll regret it.
