So Much Crime
There has been so much crime in this apartment complex. Last night cars were stolen and shot into. The apartment complex won’t install cameras anywhere on the property and take no responsibility for the resident’s safety. This is a transient area so there is crime almost daily. Find a better cheaper apartment. Management is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. Very nasty people. Particularly Antonio, he lies to residents about everything and does NOT take any of our concerns or complaints... with even the smallest amount of seriousness. Beware of him and this terrible apartment complex. It’s very dangerous to live here.
Many neighbors I’ve spoken to have previously (prior to last nights large scale criminal activity) had their cars stolen, broken into, or vandalized. Theres also been gunshots several times here. Like I said, they refuse to secure the place with cameras for our own safety. They seriously sweep everything under the rug.
They also delete reviews and it’s very obvious many of the reviews are fake. Just today I saw the amount of reviews drop from 67 to 64 and the rating went up from 4.2 to 4.3…. This place is such a creepy sketchy place… like other people have said.. Run, don’t walk

Down Hill
The apartments are nice but have gone downhill. Pet owners do not pick up after their pets, so there is a lot of animal waste on the property. No one uses the trashcans that are provided, so there's lots of trash bags just sitting outside of people's doors. No cameras in the mailroom, so your packages will/can be stolen. The staff changes here so often. Very thin walls and floors, so you hear your neighbors walking and talking. I've had to call the police because the office refused to deal with... my neighbor who plays loud music and parties on weeknights. Overall, the apartments are overpriced and could use better management.

Property is Okay
Best suggestion, Don't get a unit facing the main street, you will hear EVERYTHING!!! And I Mean It, Every car that drives by... Also probably best to just move in once the amenities (leasing office, pool, gym) are done... Don't want to pay for amenities you can't use!
