Overall, the community is very good. The infrastructure and services—such as the concierge—are excellent. The care and maintenance of the community really stand out to me. Very well done—please keep it this way, as it gives a sense of modernity and luxury. The location is wonderful for me.

We are sorry to hear about your concern regarding the amenities. At this time, we are in the process of... installing brand-new TVs on Levels 32 and 33, which residents were previously informed about. Outside of this upgrade, we are not currently aware of any amenities that are not functioning properly.

In the beginning it was nice when I first moved in but so much has changed including the guess parking where our guess now has to pay days just to visit. The pool is always cold and the water system is not the best. The water is sometimes brown that comes out the faucet. The staff can also be more genuine. They appear friendly when they are giving you a tour but once you sign that lease you see that they are not so friendly.

Our pool is not heated, so it will be cooler during colder months. With the water system, discoloration can happen in any type... of home if a faucet has not been used for a while and running it briefly will usually clear it.
Guest parking was updated recently to create a fair system and ensure availability for all residents. We understand changes can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience.

I've lived at Ascent for about 6 months now. This is the first apartment I've lived in over a decade. The property is well maintained, and the staff is friendly. The views are great as well. I feel safe living here.
