The maintenance individual was accommodating and after some time was able to resolve the issue with the ac unit. he informed me in intervals throughout the process and shared parts he had to change due to being old and and worn out. Very professional and kind. the experience was great. no issues since the AC was fixed

My daughter and her family moved here a few weeks before and once I seen the complex and her apartment I knew I wanted to be here and apart of this community.
I have a friend that is interested in moving here since she came to visit me

Life has become a bit less stressful and a lot more fun since I decided to live at Arbor Steele Creek. From the extremely helpful office staff to the timely maintenence crew, there is not much I don't like about my community. I enjoy the amenities provided and look forward to events planned at different intervals. I was even surprised when there was a raffle for paying rent on time and I won. One of my favorite weekends apart from the food truck day. Apart from all that, the location is pretty... convenient, relatively close to some really nice parks, and has made living in Charlotte much more comfortable. 11/10, definitely would recommend.
