Rent is $550 to $800 per month PER ROOM depending on room size and whether the room has a private bathroom - the $800 shown is the top of the range for one room. Each bedroom leases individually, so you sign for your room only and share the common areas with four housemates. Have friends you want to live with? Bring them - five people fill the home. Bedrooms come furnished with a bed frame, mattress, desk and chair, and have hard-surface flooring and ceiling fans. Shared spaces include an open living room with a fireplace and vaulted ceiling, a kitchen with an island, stainless appliances and a dining area, three full bathrooms, a private wood deck that backs up to trees, and a full-size washer and dryer in the home. Street parking is available, and the community pool is open in season. The home is 2,508 square feet on two levels. No pets. Application fee is $50 per applicant.
