Metro is not the place to live they hike the prices go up every year but the complex has yet to make any upgrades to the apartments in 3 years .

Metro 808 is a great place to live. Amenities & courtyards are beautiful. There are many cool restaurants & dive bars within walking distance. And FRIENDLY neighbor. I only have a few cons that I think could have been experienced in any apartment community such as lost packages, noise levels from other apartments & intermittent bugs BUT the team has been responsive to resolving . Overall, Im glad I chose here to make home.

Do not live here. There are a ton of other places that are much nicer in this area. If you want to waste your money, be surrounded by bugs and the smells of garbage, and be treated poorly by management..then this is your place!
