Overall love the community but have had some maintenance issues while moving in. But they are very attentive and quick to fix.based on what I’ve seen so far I’m excited to see how the rest of the lease goes.

So far 1100 has been great! All their amenities and service is fantastic! Alyssa in the office is the best! Move in was pretty seamless and they are super helpful.

Great location to everything. Some amenities have finally completed renovation but rooftop is still closed off (feels like it’s been getting renovated for more than 2 years). Staff and maintenance team still very nice and responsive.

Great and attentive staff and great space for a variety of needs! There is pool space, gym space, and many other immunities for a great price!

Lived here 4 years. Building has been under constant construction. Management decided to close pool right before the summer and reopen with only 3 weeks left of pool season. Rooftop has been closed for over a year. The chairs at pool and other resident gardens are broken and dirty. Stairs are constantly dirty.
