Amenities are severely lacking, and never open, the office very rarely communicates with residents about happenings. Numerous commercial vehicles in the parking garage always taking up spaces and parking dangerously close to resident vehicles. No communication about updates in the hallways leading to a morning where I almost stepped in carpet adhesive. Materials from renovations and construction left strewn about in the hallways often. And the construction outside continuously being delayed. ... Not all of my documents are even in my resident portal as well so there’s been difficulty ensuring I follow rules which I don’t have available to me all the time.

I have enjoyed the first few weeks of living at 1100 South. The leasing office workers have been tremendous and welcoming and have really made it an easy transition moving from out-of-state. I’m glad I chose 1100 South as the place to live!

Renovations taking forever. Pool completely unavailable during the summer. Rooftop is going on over a year of being closed. Hallways finally renovated but trim by elevators never painted. Staircases still dirty with multiple lights out. Communal grills dirty with cockroaches and missing knobs. Doors and garage gates constantly broken. Coffee machine downstairs is always broken.
