It’s good. The move in was easy. The process was seamless. The unit was very well cleaned upon move in. No smell of smoke. I am glad I chose this apartment.

I would not live here. I have been here 6 months and I can't wait to leave. The apartment complex is gross and it always smells like trash because they never empty the shoot. The trash room is always packed. There are 6 visitors spots for the whole building. The parking deck is always leaking or debris is falling on your car. The water pressure is awful you can hardly wash your hair. The "community events" are cheap and hardly worth attending. The pool has all of 7 chairs for people. Something... is always broken. I would spend the extra $200 a month and live somewhere worth it.

I am sorry you have had an unpleasant experience. We do have all new furniture in our amenity spaces including plenty of pool chairs. I will be happy to have maintenance check you water pressure as that is not a common complaint. Please reach out... if you would like to discuss further.

So far it’s been pretty okay. The apartment was in decent shape when I got in, some fruit flies and the washer is not working. The freight elevator was also not working on my floor both days I have moved some stuff in, and they were a month apart.

I enjoy the location and layout of my apartment. I think it is nice that there are multiple courtyard view options and that cars have a covered deck to park in. I love the fountains in the courtyard to drown out noise. There are also resident events offered monthly. My only issue would be the noise from upstairs and downstairs neighbors. It is pretty easy to hear walking and any other noise.
