The apartment is nice although I think the trash pick up is an issue. Not sure why they place the trash near the exits people walk through but it creates an awful smell when entering and exiting

With all the construction it has been nothing but a headache. Everything under construction at once and the noise level is unlivable. They have poor communication and do not care about their consumers experience

A lot of construction that has been very loud, but otherwise it has been great. The amenities are great and the overall location is awesome for going to uptown and anything in Southend. Super walkable .
