Great location to everything. Some amenities have finally completed renovation but rooftop is still closed off (feels like it’s been getting renovated for more than 2 years). Staff and maintenance team still very nice and responsive.

Lived here 4 years. Building has been under constant construction. Management decided to close pool right before the summer and reopen with only 3 weeks left of pool season. Rooftop has been closed for over a year. The chairs at pool and other resident gardens are broken and dirty. Stairs are constantly dirty.

Overall, 1100 S. is a stellar community, especially now that the building is coming out of the construction phase. Living through construction had its challenges, but now that things are wrapping up, you can really see the vision of the building come together. The property looks great, and the location truly can’t be beat. I was looking for an apartment that was close to work and in a good area. I had toured many, but 1100 South checked out all the boxes with its location and nice rooms. It was a great option for me with a good rate. Alyssa was the leasing agent who I was in contact with. She made the whole leasing process easy and fast.
