Initially pleased with the apartment, but repeated 14 break-ins caused distress. Leasing staff lacked empathy, treating security concerns as routine. Plea for help on sign ignored, management's dismissive response disappointing. Expected better from a once-friendly tenant-landlord relationship

This property is not only just visually pleasing, but the leasing office and maintenance staff are amazing! They are very friendly, helpful and always accommodating to the tenants. Great amenities, very clean and safe, stores and restaurants in the area are very convenient. Definitely happy with my decision to rent here.

The property owner spent more money on the aesthetics of the building but failed on everything else. This luxury complex lacks multiple details, & it's not worth it; or moving into. Avoid it, unless you enjoy the constant repairs needed. Fire alarms going off, the noise, & the garbage shoots backing up constantly.

This is a mixed use community so noise is expected but If you are interested in living at Allison Fenton BEWARE especially if you have children. The Cowboy Bar is actually a club that is open until 2AM Thursday- Saturday. It is loud and can be heard in your apartment from 8 pm until 2:30 when they clear everyone out.
