Audubon Parc is a 10 out of 10 for a home. Lived here going on 5 years- it’s a quiet, well maintained established place to live. Surrounded by nature yet close to amenities. It’s people and pet friendly. I know my neighbors and their dogs by name and they know mine. Maintenance is top notch- never have to wait to get this fixed and someone is always on call for emergencies- I had a plumbing problem after hours and they were there within the hour. Minor wear and tear issues were handled... within the day too. Couldn’t be more happy!!

Yes, Aubonpark is in a great location with shopping hospitals and schools. It’s not a normal building but they take excellent care and fixing anything on your apartment. The maintenance guys are terrific Elsa the secretary she’s terrific and we also have a lake in the area you can walk around again excellent location I love living here thank you.

My family and I have resided at Audubon Parc for 12 years. The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and respond quickly to all requests. The community is safe, clean, and well maintained. The tenants are friendly, and we all get along well together. There are plenty of places to wine, dine, and shop nearby. This community has everything a family could need. We hope to be here another 12 years.

Decent price and a great location in the Cary area. Close to many shopping centers and NC State campus. Application process is a bit tedious and the resident portal could use some enhancements, but the amenities and property management make up for it. Favorite feature is the proximity to Lake Lochmere. There's a beautiful trail there, great for jogging or walking a pet.
