We have all the basics to make your vacation comfy and affordable. Long known as an economical oceanfront community, Sea Colony offers one of the most spacious and lush grounds you will find in any other oceanfront complex and private walkway to the beach. Sliding glass doors with a full front window wall create indoor-outdoor living space in the family room. You will love spending time on the large 9x15 balcony while you feast your eyes on the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the community gazebo, oceanfront pool, and wonderful landscaping with expansive green lawns. The location has easy access on and off the island, avoiding heavy season traffic by using Dow Rd. Ample-lighted parking for 2 vehicles in the parking area requires a fully displayed parking pass at all times.
