Hideaway 2bed, 1bath apartment/duplex with great 2nd story views, nice light and a featherweight cost of living.
360sf per level.
Heat, water, sewer, garbage, compost and recycling (glass too!) are all included in rent. Unit has a separate electric meter and its own electric hot water heater.
Storage is mostly limited to the apt itself. If you have a lot of bigger gear you may need to budget for off site storage.
Main home tenants are two adults, one pre teen and a 6yo dog. The shared yard is nice with automated sprinklers and a fire pit but not especially large, or private, being on a corner lot. The main, grassy, yard area is a decent hang and there are some gardens recently put in. If you require a large, very neat or private outdoor space (or don’t care for children) this may not be a good fit for you.
Privately owned and thoughtfully managed.
This is a safe, friendly space.
Your well behaved dog is welcome, pending good compatibility with the other unit's well behaved pup. Unit has a dog door. Additional terrarium or aquarium pets considered. Add $50/mo for pets.
Lease is month to month. No deposit. First and last months rent paid up front to secure the apartment. When it's time to head on down the trail, simply provide your one month's notice and the last month's rent will be applied. Longer lease term considered upon request after the first few months of successful renting.
All humans and canines intending to live in the apartment must apply together to ensure it's a good fit for everyone living here. The apartment may not be sublet.
Tenants must be mature, child friendly (including your dog who may encounter children aging from infant to teen), willing to keep noise to a minimum/walk relatively softly up the stairs after 9pm (stairs share a wall w. main home) and keep the apartment reasonably clean and free of mice.
