Community is decently kept. Quiet. Parking hasn’t been an issue. I would just say dog droppings could be better managed. Pool area is nice and clean.

Been a resident over a year. The dog area could use a little sprucing up and off leash policies could be enforced a little better. The pool area is great and staff is wonderful.

We have been living at Icon for a year and a half now and we have enjoyed everything that Icon has to offer. Our family has loved living here. It is a nice family friendly community with lots of amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, playground, dog park, community area with workout room. There is also three grills and pizza oven near the pool. The staff is also very nice and very knowledgeable.
