There are better options
The property looks nice from the outside, but do not be fooled. Management is not good, people literally argue/fight all hours of the night, upstairs neighbors walk/stomp around constantly, and the air breaks way too often.
This place isn't the absolute worse out there but it isn't good neither.

Run
I've been living here for one month and in that time I've had 2 apartments!! The first so so disgusting upon move in and NOT the layout I chose. In this month I've gone almost 3 weeks with no AC, no washer and dryer, dishwasher wouldn't work, and today my fridge went out. We pay $25 for trash pickup that NEVER picks up trash. There are bags piling up outside apartments. We pay for them to spray for bugs which they were supposed to do the 26th of September but Noone came. RUN RUN RUN!!!!
