This community is open to the public. There is a basketball court full of strangers and kids daily. They don’t respect the residence. They are loud. The dog park has wood chips in it. It’s ridiculous !!! The gate is open and hasn’t worked for over 2 years. The hot tub hasn’t worked for over 2 years. There is not a car wash station and the trash pick up has terms. No assigned parking and remember this community is open to the public so you’re not guaranteed anything. All the walk ways are nasty... because they do not pressure wash anything.the only thing luxury about this place is the size.

Lovely Property
I toured this property and was pleasantly surprised. The apartments were nice and spacious. Grounds were very well kept, and the staff was amazing. I can’t wait to move in.

Do not do it under any circumstances
There is trash everywhere, pool and hot tub full of algae, shootings and crime North of buildings, dirty siding, and very poor maintenance. Nice residents but they do not care about them. Building burned out from poor wiring sat for 11 months while residents stared at it

Excellent Choice! Come take a tour!
The management staff are top notch. Such a convenient location on the beautiful and fun-filled Mississippi Gulf Coast. Love the atmosphere on the property and how clean, maintained it truly stays. Security is something that is a blessing and I feel secure at my home here. My apartment is wonderful and I can relax my worries away inside and out. Don't take my word for it, come take a tour!
