Non-smoking apartment. Building sits at the dead end of Windy Way (parallels South Main Street and thus the address). Unit backs up to a vacant field. There are no stairs or upper/lower neighbors as... the apartment building is all stretched out on one level. Unit 12 is neighbored to the north by the another unit and to the south by a wooded area.

Contract begins May 8 or after and runs through July 31, 2026 and is renewable annually. IF LIFE THROWS YOU A CURVE BALL and you need to end the lease on any other date, there is a 1/2 month's rent fee. Rent is due the first of the month every month until the unit is re-rented. Pro-rated rent will be refunded if the unit is re-occupied anytime other than the 1st of a month.
