There are no stairs or upper/lower neighbors as... the apartment building is all stretched out on one level. Unit 12 is neighbored to the north by the another unit and to the south by a wooded area.
Coin-operated washer dryer laundry room on site during warm months (March-November).
FREE storage closet available in laundry room area. Tenant would need to provide padlock for security.
Trash service, lawn care, and snow removal provided.
Kitchen includes garbage disposal, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
Rent is based on single or double occupancy with an increase of $75 for a third party.
