My experience living here has been amazing so far! The staff has been very timely in responses to any questions or concerns and do a wonderful job of keeping the facilities clean. Being new to Missouri, the community at Willowbend has made me feel very welcomed!

This is one of the best place to live in Missouri. It’s very convenient and close to many stores and restaurants. My favorite place to go to is the gym. The community comes together to participate in a variety of events throughout the year. The staff is very friendly, courteous and dependable.

Willowbend is a amazing place to live. The process of moving was very easy and their communication was phenomenal. Management is as sweet as can be. Highly recommend living here if you are looking!

We have lived here over 8 years, and are very happy! The office staff is great, and the maintenance staff is almost always available quickly. A big shout-out to Todd, who is incredibly helpful and kind! The location is so convenient, and the apartment is a perfect size for us. We truly enjoy living here.

When we moved four years ago, this was a fantastic complex. The office and maintenance staff were kind, gracious, and delightful.
The new office and maintenance staff are rude, unaccommodating, unresponsive, and passive-aggressive. It’s a nightmare living here now.
This complex will skate by on the past good reviews for a few more years, but they will not survive if they keep up with the antics.
Units and property are falling into disrepair. It is incredibly disappointing, this use to be a... haven for those who enjoyed townhome life.
