All of them have demonstrated exceptional expertise and commitment by not only efficiently performing and rectifying the discrepancies identified during our initial move-in, but also by proactively going above and beyond to fix and resolve additional issues... that arose at the last minute.
Their actions exemplify superior customer service and reflect incredibly well on Parkway Lakeside and the high standards of its staff. The team professionalism, proactive approach, and unwavering support to tenants are truly remarkable.

Washer Shutdown
I had an urgent appliance matter that the maintenance crew address in an efficient and timely manner. I work nights so they adjusted around my sleep schedule so that I could be present to ask some questions I had in person. Great job and thanks!

Love it here!
Can’t say enough about the Parkway Lakeside community. I’ve lived here for a couple of years and intend to stay for a while. Being an empty nester and someone on the go, it’s wonderful to not worry about anything. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful (the pool area is gorgeous!), the service team responds to maintenance requests immediately, the office staff (Vickie and Britni are the best!) are attentive and lovely to communicate with, and the residents are pleasant and respectful of one... another. I’m really happy here!

Parkway is a great place to live
The people that work here are very helpful and easy to talk to, no matter what you may need. With the many apartments offered, you're sure to find one that is perfect for an individual or family. Everything is very clean and they do a great job on the upkeep of the grounds. Parkway is a great community from the staff to the neighbors. I've lived here for 3 years, I don't plan on going anywhere.
