Could be two bedrooms, but the second room doesn't have a door. Big fenced in back yard... with a garden, garage (probably too small for a car, but great workspace/storage), fire pit, and room to play. Updated HVAC and water heater, new oven/range, dishwasher. New granite countertops and big new single-vat kitchen sink and fixture, new blinds, and everything works great; tons of closet space and storage. I typically have the tenant care for the lawn, but if you'd like it taken off your hands, I'll make an adjustment to the rent to cover lawn care. You'll be close to everything.
