I was thinking about moving here, but I change my mind. I don't know about others, but I like to drive around complex just to get a feel of the community. Upon entering complex it seems nice and quite. I noticed a bunch of kids at playground which is no big deal for me. I got out car to walk around I notice overflowing trash on both ends of apartment and as I was coming towards office by the pool (it was not covered very dirty) I could not help but notice a unit right in front of office at the... top with tore blinds I mean every window the blinds are tore. I may be over thinking things, but that says a lot about management (who they let move in) also, may be not care how the tenants treat their property. Let alone care about the property themselves. It may be nice for a younger adult, but not for me.

DON'T MOVE HERE
Please do yourself the biggest favor and keep looking elsewhere! These apartments are crappy! If you're ready to call maintenance often then this is the best place for you. Don't let the lady in the office smooth talk you over. Everything is a scam! Don't move here!!!
