There have been police around the area, frequent water shut-off, inconsistency with when maintenance was going to be in the apartment, and overall an unpleasant experience. Not to mention the audible domestic violence, and gunshots.
The property manager is very nice, and the staff is very friendly. The move in process was hassle free, and smooth. I hope the move out process is the same!

This apartment is nice and the people are nice. I like my house and it is quiet here. I would recommend.

Home Sweet Home!
Clear View is a great place to call home. They have spacious apartments with free Google Fiber internet. The staff is very friendly and they have amazing amenities for the residents. I highly recommend!
