They’ll get away with everything they can!

The gate has been broken since I moved in over a year ago. I reported an abandoned vehicle parked in front of the building and kids vandalizing the property but they never even responded. Snow removal in the winter is minimal and extremely delayed. We’ve had three different property managers in a year. We had notices put on our doors from the water company that the water would be shut off because they defaulted on their account even though we pay our water bills to them. They charged me $120 for... broken mini blinds, even though I didn’t have any. When I confronted the property manager about it thinking maybe they just applied the charges to the wrong account she said she saw them with her own eyes and that she has no proof, so she’s straight up lying, but that I would still be charged. It has been over a month since then and maintenance STILL hasn’t come to replace the “broken” blinds.

Bad management

Bad management they don’t fix on anything and they allow the Units to get above 85 degrees when it’s 90+

New Manager Sally

Promptly responds to work orders, cares about people and is always available. It's been a tremendous improvement from past management.

Nice apartments but too big

Saw the really nice insides of these apartments on a tour of the property. Manager was really nice and helpful, but the 2 bedroom was more space than I need. Having the pool there to use this summer would be fun and cool for sure so I may send in an application.
