This complex is becoming unsafe
I have lived at this property for almost 2 years. The prior management and maintenance staff were excellent in addressing issues on a daily basis. In approximately 30 days since the new management company took over they have been advised numerous times about No lighting outside the building during the dark hours of the day. The On site management is offering no specific response to the problem. After leaving numerous calls at the parent company's office I have never had a call returned to me.... Their lack of concern speaks volumes at how they look at a tenant. This is a huge safety risk that 1 would think they would take more seriously. As of this writing there has been no communication to tenants as to what is causing the problem. Anyone considering moving here should seriously consider this and be very wary of the lack of concern shown by both on-site management and the property management.

Not a safe community
We pay outrageously high rent for our items to be stolen every other week. There’s constantly pee in the stairwells and elevator.
