Would not recommend for no longer than maybe 2 years max. The office staff is unpleasant with horrible attitudes . The management company always find a way to increase the price of rent and amenities some kind of way . Issues are never properly fixed , just maintained until the next issue happens. The fees associated with this property are horrible . They can not keep staff . This place is not the best but suitable for what you need to do . The area is nice the things around the property is... nice but the property itself is poor .

Near to Highway but initial cost is too high
1. For each later additional applicant $80, they will ask for additional administration fee that will cost $250. 2. They won't clear the problem completely. As I have detailed more than 50 problems. 3. Windows were made of single pane so, we suffered complete winter. The maintenance crew suggested to take care ourselves by adding insulation sheets, and increase more heater temperatures which costs you more bill and low humidity. This results in purchasing one more equipment. 4. Not tenant... friendly 5. People in the community may steal you mails as now a days most of the mails are dropping off at mail box areas.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and the... frustrations you have encountered. For the administration fee, there is a $250 charge for each applicant who applies separately. However, if all applicants apply together, only one $250 fee is applicable. We apologize for any confusion and will enhance our communication to clarify this policy better. Regarding the single pane windows, we recognize the difficulties faced, especially during the winter, and are willing to explore solutions together with you. In terms of mail delivery, we take your concerns seriously and commit to improving communication with the mail service to boost mail security and prevent any potential theft. Your feedback is valuable, and we are dedicated to resolving these issues to enhance your experience in our community.

Nice apartments and great staff
I searched for months to find an apartment that was within our budget, didn’t put us in a bad neighborhood, nor sacrifice on quality of living. Woodhollow apartments exceeded my expectations.… The ladies in the office were the best. Sydne, Brittney and Nicole were friendly and very helpful.
