The property is neglected and dog poop is everywhere, even on the sidewalks. In the winter they often forget to salt the sidewalks and pavement and when they do eventually plow the snow they plow the snow into your parked car, getting you stuck. The maintenance will mark work orders finished when they never did them. Terrible experience. Avoid

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take concerns like these seriously and would like to provide some clarification.
Regarding pet waste, we have Yuckos scheduled twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays, and our grounds team removes any... waste they encounter during their rounds. In addition, multiple dog waste stations are located throughout the community for resident use, and residents are expected to clean up after their pets. We also send reminders in newsletters to reinforce this responsibility. If someone notices another resident consistently not picking up after their pet, we encourage them to report it to the office so that we can follow up directly.
With respect to winter weather, we actively monitor forecasts to determine the best time for salting and snow preparation. Unfortunately, weather conditions can sometimes change unexpectedly, which may result in areas icing before treatment. When this occurs, our team works diligently to ensure sidewalks and pavement are treated and cleared as quickly as possible.
Finally, in terms of maintenance, our staff works diligently to complete service requests in a timely manner. If you feel that a work order has been marked complete without resolution, we strongly encourage you to contact our team directly so we can review the request and ensure it is fully addressed.

No Good
This place is going down the hill at alarming rate. After the snow storm we received, none of the sidewalks are shoveled. As of of today there is ice and snow all over the place, we watch people fall down constantly. Trash does not gets picked up litter all over the parking lot daily, they don't take care of the stairwell, salt still from last winter, fingerprints all over the glass doors, dead trees all over falling on peoples cars, dog park unkempt and does not get picked up, so taking my dog... is no longer an option to the park. Please look elsewhere when considering a place to live.

Nonsmokers beware
I moved in a few months ago and my apartment is in very good condition, and overall it seems like a nice place to live, but because the woman across the hall from me constantly smokes inside, I'm subjected to secondhand smoke through shared ventilation 24/7. I wish I could give them more grace, but management has been unresponsive. I wouldn't recommend this property for anyone who minds sharing a living space with a heavy smoker

Pet friendly and GREAT location!
I have lived all over St Louis but I really enjoy this location. It’s easy access to anywhere you need to get to in the St Louis area. The grounds are well-maintained and even though it’s pet friendly (lots of cute dogs) people are really good about cleaning up after their pups. Milo loves the dog park! Also, the office staff are all super friendly and helpful. Especially Dawn, she goes out of her way to look out for the residents.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!
So i am a current resident here and i cannot wait until i get to move away from here. Hands down the worst renting experience i have, not only did they fail to have my apartment ready for move in by my move in date, they decided to wait until the day prior to my move in to inform me of this. So i had to wait another two weeks for my apartment, i had to wait two weeks to move in, the reason my apartment wasnt ready... it didnt have carpet...... IT TOOK TWO WEEKS TO GET CARPET IN THERE!!! And... instead of making an amendment to my lease, the manager just reprinted the it. So now i have two copys of my lease. Dont live here people, the location and the facility are decent but the office is full of incompetence. Oct cant get here soon enough!
