Great location - Poor Management
The location is wonderful, however don't count on the property manager for anything. She is unprofessional and extremely difficult to communicate with.

Property Manager is combative
The location is wonderful. The property manager is extremely difficult to communicate with (as you will read in other reviews). She is unprofessional and combative.

Roaches and Rats
Okay, I moved into Chancellor Square apartments in Kirkwood slightly knowing what to expect. They are cheap apartments. You get what you pay for right? But you would at least expect apartments in 2017 to be void of vermin. When you go to inspect the unit before moving in, it looks semi decent, especially for a twenty-four year old getting their first apartment. So, you sign the lease and are now living on your own. Next thing you know there are roaches scouring across your kitchen, coupled with... a rat popping into your bedroom. I kid you not I was done. I learned a valuable lesson, you ABSOLUTELY get what you pay for. To be blunt, these apartments are filthy and abhorrent. To top it off communicating with management is near impossible (not due to being unavailable). But lets just say that the rat inside of my old bedroom most likely had a higher IQ than Beverly the "manager running" Chancellor Square. :(
