I got my car stolen when I lived here. They do everything in their power to keep your deposit even if you pay your bills on time and nothing’s wrong with the property and give them a 60 day notice. I had bedbugs when I lived here almost died because of carbon dioxide because my heater malfunction only good person. Here is the maintenance man I would give him five stars.

They'll never fix anything and try to compound as many fees as possible.
Absolutely disgusting management practices.
Then after they screw up they'll gaslight prospective applicants or even residents.

The townhomes are huge and have a big kitchen and washer/dryer connections. The staff is friendly and very responsive if anything goes wrong.

We have been living at this place for 6 Months in a Town home dealing with a very noisy neighbor who is loud from morning to morning. She lets her kids rip and run through the house, bang on the wall, and make other loud noises. We've tried to talk to the neighbor and she less then cares at all. However, we did talk to the office who said that they've done all that can, basically told us that there is nothing that they can do, and told us that we can move into another unit. Nobody should have to... go through that nor move because the Office is negligent and has no remorse nor sympathy for any of the tenants that live here.

My set move in date was the 5th they had no idea I was supposed to move in gave me a crappy apartment that needs new carpet and nothing was replaced. I was 9 months pregnant moved in on my due day! Had him the 11th. Burn holes in my carpet stains and FLEAS. They told me to vacuum everyday 2-3x a day! Now I have to replace my blinds that weren’t EVEN NEW WHEN I MOVED IN
