Horrible maintenance issues, took multiple complaints for them to show up. Have had an issue with mice, the garbage disposal, multiple issues with the washer and dryer. The pool stinks and was never properly cleaned. Multiple different management, and horrible during the winter, they refused to clean the parking lot.

I've lived here twice at 2 different times. This time around is much nicer besides some of the crazy neighbors. most units are updated and maintenance is much more on top of things. There was a small bug problem but with the amount of units there are in one building its hard to get them all. The exterminators are on top of spraying and if you want extra then you just got to ask. Management is chill and always willing to help.

These buildings are roach infested and no matter how many you kill there are hundreds more! I’ve been living here for 10 months and pest control has been here 5 times and still roaches! My family has been uncomfortable living here. I read the reviews before I signed the lease and did not listen please don’t come here the reviews are true! poor management and roach infested!!!! I can’t stress it enough there are even roaches in the laundry facilities and crawling in the hallways as you are about... to come into your home. Do not give these people your money they are not worth it. They had the nerve send an email about resigning my lease and raising the rent knowing these buildings are infested that shows they don’t care and if you read the reviews these buildings have been infested for years. And that’s not it dog poop everywhere, we had a flood in our apartment that was not caused by us and it took management 2 months to send someone to fix it my family had to step in cold water on the carpet for 2 MONTHS STRAIGHT.
