First person to move into the building and so far Diallo and Chris have been nothing less than super helpful and friendly. The fitness center is excellent with plenty of equipment. The location is great for me, close to the higways (but I can't hear them in my apartment), within walking distance of River Market and Power and Light, but not in a congested area. With everything being brand new the place looks great and the $/sqft is probably the best for a luxury apartment.
