Very VERY thin walls. Corporate building converted into makeshift apartments. It really gives the "work from home" a whole new meaning. Cold draft from the windows that are not sealed properly.
Windows leave alot of condensation so keep in mind the puddle you'll be waking up to some mornings. Talked to some of the neighbors and they're units are getting infested with bugs. One neighbor doesn't even have a w/d in her unit. They're low on staff and no property manager, no upkeep in the building.... No set up on carrier delivery drop-offs. Expect to feel like you're living in a cubicle or a hotel. It's cheap.

Price Point and Location
For a newly rehabilitated property the price is amazing. All new everything inside while being conveniently located near the airport and shops by Tiffany Springs.
