When I moved in deauville Apts years ago it was lovely. Esther made this a community! Every day she would come outside and walk the property . she picked up trash and kept the place emaculant. When u had a maintenance problem it was fixed within the hour! Boy I miss Esther. Then Donna came, what a delite. She had fresh new ideas and was on it. Oh course they wouldn't pay her what she was worth so she moved on ??. Now we have Orion property management with Laura as leasing management.what a joke.... The apartments have never been so bad. There is black mold outside my window so I can't open it. The Windows are original and do not close, but they won't replace them until I move out. My kitchen is a hot mess. Let's start with the stove top that is 50 yrs old that the burners catch on fire, or the used dishwasher that they put in .leaks and my floor and sub floor is rotten.the cabinets are falling apart. Oh then we have the air conditioner that floods my downstairs neighbor at least 2-3 times a year because they don't want to fix the problem. Moving on to no on site maintenance. The owner sends them to work at the holiday inn he bought so nothing gets done here except cutting the grass! The trash dumpsters are discusting. Im waiting for the rats to carry them off. Also this is supposed to be a pet friendly place .well they spray the yards and don't notify us ,so our animals get sick.thanks. it is just so sad how this place is falling apart. It's a great location, great sq ft.,good people. We needed a manager that lives on site. This one doesn't leave her chair and doesn't care about anything. So I would rethink moving in until there is better management on the premises no one deserves this.
